Elisa Yu

Elisa is a top business coach at Santa Clara's Action Coach, the world's number one business coaching firm.


Elisa Yu started as a process development engineer in the biotechnology sector, she then moved into a sales and marketing role and eventually started her own company with her partner in 2005. They grew the company from zero to multi-million dollars in revenue in 5 years. With scale-able systems and teams in place, she was able to exit, and the company was sold at more than 10x of revenue.


Elisa then helped other companies in different phases, from fast-growing to turnaround, to grow with proper systems and teams. She received her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and she is an ICF certified coach.

Elisa’s passion is to help other startups and businesses to be on an equal playing field as a big corporation for access to business, leadership and organizational development resources.

Joe Siecinski

Joe’s 30-year career and experience is marked by proven systems, tools, and processes that have contributed to the success of over 2000 companies worldwide.  Thousands of small business owners have experienced first-hand, Joe’s generosity of spirit and high energy, which has contributed to the thriving success in their business and personal lives.


Joe owned the P & L for a $250 million global business organization where he consistently drove his group to exceed sales and profit goals. He owned the relationships with over 1500 businesses and personally conducted over 2,000 face-to-face sales calls. He has a B.S. in Engineering, an M.B.A. in Marketing, is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Best-selling author of BrainShare, is a charismatic Speaker, an NLP Practitioner.


He also sits on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross in Silicon Valley, and the College of Adaptive Arts and is past Chairman of the Board for the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce.
